Greeters serve as representatives of the Patient and Family Experience team to new patients, their families and other hospital visitors. Greeters assist in ensuring families have received the 'Amenities and Resources' sheet and orient families to the services provided during their stay.
Ambassadors provide timely and friendly assistance to patients, patient families, and guests in need of directions or escort, assist with deliveries of gifts and mail, assist with transferring belongings and escorting admitting or discharging patients.
Specialty Center Ambassador volunteers help improve patient throughput and flow by providing timely and friendly assistance to patients, patient families, and guests in need of direction in the Specialty Center. Ambassadors also assist with contributing to the patient experience by promoting a welcoming and supportive environment to all visitors.

Comfort Cart volunteers promote a positive patient and family experience by taking a cart full of personal care items to patient rooms and offering these necessities to patient families.
Baked with Love volunteers bake cookies in the Volunteer Services office and distribute them to waiting and family rooms throughout the hospital including ICU and Surgery Waiting areas. Who doesn't love a warm, fresh cookie?
